It is the responsibility of each employee to act with the highest level of integrity and ethics and in accordance with Univision's Code of Conduct, Ethical Standards and Business Practices (the "Code"). If you have a concern regarding Univision's accounting, accounting controls or auditing matters or have encountered a situation that you believe involves a violation of the Code or any law, you may leave a confidential or anonymous message for the Compliance Officer using one of three methods:

Internet Based and Email messages are encrypted and Voicemail messages are electronically altered/disguised to ensure anonymity.
When you leave a message you will receive a 15-digit confirmation number that you can use to check the status of your message. The confirmation number is used to identify your message while preserving your anonymity in the event the Compliance Officer needs to communicate with you (e.g. to request additional information).
