27th Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration
Houston, TX -- Univision Radio’s KLTN 102.9-FM, KOVE-106.5FM, KQBU-93.3FM, KLAT-1010AM and KRTX-980AM will present the 27TH Annual “Cinco de Mayo Celebración 2006” (Cinco de Mayo Celebration 2006), a spectacular celebration of Hispanic culture and communities, on Sunday, May 14, 2006 from 12p.m. – 7p.m. at the George R. Brown Convention Center located at 1001 Ave of the Americas in downtown Houston.
Together with Univision Channel 45 and TeleFutura Channel 67, the “Cinco de Mayo Celebración 2006”will be more fun than ever with many wonderful treats for the entire family. The event is free to the public, and tickets will be available at all Houston area Fiesta stores from Wednesday, April 19th.
The “Cinco de Mayo Celebración 2006” continues to be one of the largest cultural events of its kind in the state of Texas, celebrating the pageantry, sounds, and culture of the Hispanic community. The event features numerous booths exhibiting arts, crafts, authentic foods, fun and games, non-stop live music, helpful information, and many special treats and surprises for the entire family. The “Cinco de Mayo Celebración 2006” serves as an ideal opportunity for organizations and businesses to share their products, services, and information in a casual and entertaining environment.
