Univision Communications Inc. to Present at the Merrill Lynch Annual Media & Entertainment Conference

Los Angeles, CA -- Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE:UVN), the nation’s leading Spanish-language media company, today announced that Mr. Ray Rodriguez, President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Andrew Hobson, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Strategic Officer, and Ms. Diana Vesga, Vice President, will participate in the Merrill Lynch Annual Media and Entertainment Conference being held September 13-15 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Pasadena, California.  Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. Hobson and Ms. Vesga are scheduled to present on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 9:25 a.m. Local Time.
