Ninel Conde And Cristián De La Fuente To Host 3-Hour Spectacular
Miami, FL -- A stellar list of some of the biggest names in the world of Hispanic entertainment has been announced as presenters for the 19th edition of “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina” (Lo Nuestro Latin Music Awards). The longest-running and most popular Latin music awards show on television will be broadcast live from Miami’s American Airlines Arena on Univision, this country’s leading Spanish-language television network, on Thursday, February 22, beginning at 8pm ET/PT (7pm Central).
Presenting the highly coveted awards are such international stars as Alacranes Musical, Karla Álvarez, Jacqueline Bracamontes, Babasonicos, Eduardo Capetillo, Chelo, Fabiola Colmenares, Luis Fonsi, Gisselle, Alejandra Guzmán, Alicia Machado, Monchy y Alexandra, Montéz De Durango, Galilea Montijo, Cynthia Olavarría, Don Omar, Bobby Pulido, Ivy Queen, Milly Quezada, Diana Reyes, Michael Stuart, Olga Tañón, Tito “El Bambino,” Wisin y Yandel, and Daddy Yankee.
Hosting the 3-hour star-studded gala will be Mexican actress/singer Ninel Conde and Chilean television and motion picture star Cristián de la Fuente.
Previously announced performers include Dominican singer/songwriter Juan Luis Guerra, Regional Mexican superstar Pepe Aguilar, Colombian vallenato artist Fonseca, norteño superstars Intocable and Los Tigres del Norte, international recording artists La 5ta Estacion, pop stars Gloria Trevi, Julieta Venegas and Frankie J, red-hot reggaetón urban artists R.K.M. y Ken-y, and Voltio, Puerto Rican salsa artists Victor Manuelle and N’Klabe, tropical music stars Aventura, popular banda singer Jenni Rivera, and chart-topping winner of the TeleFutura Network’s hit singing competition program “Objetivo Fama,” Anaís.
Preceding the Awards show telecast, Univision will present exclusive "Noche de Estrellas" (Night of the Stars) coverage of the celebrity arrivals direct from the “Premio Lo Nuestro” Red Carpet starting at 7 pm ET/PT (6 pm Central). Hosted by "Primer Impacto" co-anchor Bárbara Bermudo and popular Univision personality Giselle Blondet, "Noche de Estrellas" will feature live interviews and commentary on the stars and their fashions, and provide viewers an intimate and up-close look at Latin music's most popular and fashionable event.
