True Crime Stories Add Real-Life Drama to Galavisión Primetime Lineup
“El Rastro del Crimen” reveals secrets of criminal investigation
Miami, FL -- Galavisión, the nation’s #1 Spanish-language cable network, has announced the premiere of its newest original co-production, “El Rastro del Crimen” (The Trail of the Crime) on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 9-10PM (ET). For the first time, viewers will be able to get inside the criminal mind as forensic investigators take them to the scenes of some of their most baffling murder mysteries. Using police videos, re-enactments, interviews and crime scene stills, witnesses, detectives and crime scene examiners tell the murder story from every angle. Viewers are included on every detail so that they can help put together the puzzle that reveals the murderer. To ensure viewers are keeping track of all the pieces, each episode will feature a segment called “Sigue la Pista” (Follow the Clues) in which the host will give a quick recap of the details of the case so far. Viewers will then have the chance to feel they’re the “crime solvers” as they gather the evidence to solve the case.
