Cristina Saralegui Elected Into Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame
Univision’s “Queen of Talk” to join prestigious roster of industry giants

(NYSE: UVN)– Cristina Saralegui, host of Univision Television Network’s “El Show de Cristina”, has been elected to Broadcasting & Cable Magazine’s Hall of Fame in recognition of her 15 years of contributions to the electronic arts. Joining a long list of television industry luminaries that includes such prominent figures as David Sarnoff, William S. Paley, Johnny Carson, Tom Brokaw, Ted Koppel, and her Univision colleague Mario “Don Francisco” Kreutzberger, Saralegui's selection was unanimously endorsed by the editors of Broadcasting & Cable, considered by many the “Bible” of the industry. The 15th Annual Hall of Fame ceremony, a formal dinner whose proceeds will benefit The Broadcasters’ Foundation and Cable Positive, will take place on Monday, October 24th in New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
