Univision Names Sandi Stretch Vice President of National Sales
San Francisco, CA -- Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE:UVN), the nation’s leading Spanish-language media company, today announced that Sandi Stretch has been named Vice President of National Sales for San Francisco, CA, serving the Univision and TeleFutura Networks, effective immediately. In this role, Sandi will be responsible for coordinating and developing the Company’s sales strategies to ensure that all nation-wide sales efforts are aligned with the goals of the Univision brands. Stretch will remain based in San Francisco and will report to Charlie Stuart, Senior Vice President of National Sales, Univision Television Group.

Previously, Stretch served as Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Western Region for Univision Television Group. From 2000-2004, Stretch served as Local Sales Manager for KDTV-TV Univision and KFSF TeleFutura in San Francisco. Before her promotion to Local Sales Manager, Stretch served as account executive at KDTV-TV. Prior to joining Univision, Stretch served as account executive at Blair Television in Chicago and as media buyer/planner at Leo Burnett, Chicago. Before that, Stretch was a media research specialist at the AC Nielsen Company in Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
