Issac Delgado In Process Of Recording His Latest Album
Arturo Sandoval, Cachao, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Giovanni Hidalgo, Luis Quintero and Víctor Manuelle are collaborating on the album
Woodland Hills, CA -- Issac Delgado is in the midst of recording his first album under the Calle Records label of Univision Music Group. The anticipation is heightened now that over half the songs are recorded.
It is no wonder that Issac Delgado's fans are chomping at the bit, because various well-known artists have collaborated with Delgado in the studio, including four-time GRAMMY® winner Arturo Sandoval and Latin jazz legend and two-time GRAMMY® winner Cachao, as well as two-time GRAMMY® winner Gonzalo Rubalcaba and the talented Giovanni Hidalgo, Luis Quintero and Víctor Manuelle. All have put forth their energy and creativity in participating in Issac Delgado's new album.
Production of the album was led by Issac Delgado and six-time GRAMMY® winner Sergio George. Commenting on the recording sessions, Issac said, "We've been able to blend the talent of Sergio as a producer with the Cuban music that I do. We're doing Cuban music that is commercially oriented, danceable, Latin, and with a lot of spice and salsa. The special guests take the album to a new musical level, they give a different type of strength and color to this work we're doing. The album contains ten songs. To me, this is the production I've always dreamed of." The industry expects this album to be an authentic work of art. Once recording is wrapped up, Issac will go on an international tour that will start in the United States and continue through the world's most important cities during the remainder of the year.
