Univision Realiza su Primera Cumbre Automotriz en Chicago

Univision Chicago/WGBO, TeleFutura Chicago/WXFT and Univision Radio (WOJO, VIVA, WIND & WRTO) welcomed more than 60 local auto industry experts on October 26th


Chicago, IL -- Univision Chicago, TeleFutura Chicago and Univision Radio in Chicago hosted their first ever Automotive Summit on Tuesday, October 26th at the Chicago Automotive Trade Association (CATA) headquarters.  Over 60 Chicago area auto dealers and advertising agency personnel attended the summit to learn more about Chicago area Hispanic automotive consumers.  Bert Medina, VP/General Manager Univision/TeleFutura Chicago, welcomed guests to the summit and emphasized, “Univision Chicago, TeleFutura Chicago and Univision Radio want to be your strategic marketing partners to reach the growing and lucrative Chicago Hispanic population.”  Sara Hasson, VP Automotive Marketing for Univision Television Group, with over 14 years of automotive industry experience covered the importance of the Hispanic consumer, which is now the largest minority in the U.S., and their auto buying habits.  Saul Serna, President & CEO of Business-for-Life, a company dedicated to assisting corporations build their infrastructure to better service Hispanics, was also a presenter, covering the hiring of Hispanic and Bilingual sales people to better serve Hispanic automotive customers.  The summit ended with a drawing for a free one week media schedule to air on all 4 radio stations and both TV stations.  According to Peter Hanson with BBA & Beyond Advertising, “Excellent presentation….Very informative.”
