Los Angeles, CA -- Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE: UVN) will announce its first quarter 2006 results on Thursday, May 4, 2006, after the close of the stock market. Management will conduct a conference call with a live webcast to discuss results on Thursday, May 4, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT.
