Univision Convoca a una Conferencia Telefónica el 18 de agosto del 2009

New York, NY -- Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language media company in the U.S., will conduct a conference call to discuss its second quarter financial results at 11:00 am ET/8:00 am PT on Tuesday, August 18, 2009.  A press release summarizing its second quarter financial results will be available on Univision’s website at http://ir.univision.net/ after the close of business on Monday, August 17th.

As a result of the recent amendment to Univision’s 2011 Indenture, the Company’s reporting covenant was eliminated, and, as a result, the Company will no longer publicly file annual, quarterly and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
